Junior HR Advisor

The role of Junior HR Advisor:

  • Managing all aspects of HR administration
  • Reviewing and improving HR processes and procedures
  • Managing and maintaining the HRIS system
  • Producing accurate KPI reports and HR metrics
  • Supporting low-level employee relations cases, including long-term sickness
  • Responding to day-to-day queries from managers and employees
  • Reviewing, updating, and rewriting job descriptions and internal documentation
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact within a busy, fast‑paced environment

The ideal Junior HR Advisor:

  • Passionate about developing their HR career
  • Confident, proactive, and keen to learn
  • Able to work with discretion and sensitivity
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
  • CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards (not essential)
