The role (what you will actually do)

This is a junior execution role. You will
implement growth strategies
that are already planned and tested, and help bring
more leads
to client campaigns through consistent, trackable actions.

Your day-to-day

• Implement campaign tasks under a defined growth plan (content distribution, outreach, landing page updates, basic paid/social support where applicable)
• Track performance and report progress clearly (what was done, what happened, what's next)
• Maintain simple lead lists and workflows (Sheets/Excel, email)
• Support basic creative needs (Canva assets, simple variations for testing)
• Follow a testing checklist and help...
