Job Description

What You’ll Be Responsible For Packaging Design and Development

Designing and refining primary packaging (labels, tubes, bottles, pouches) and secondary packaging (boxes, sleeves, inserts).

Preparing artwork for print with a strong understanding of:

Dielines Print finishes Colour management Regulatory and compliance considerations

Working closely with suppliers, printers, and manufacturers to ensure design intent is executed accurately.

Brand and Campaign Design

Supporting campaign and launch design across Digital, In-store, Print and ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints while evolving brand assets, templates, and guidelines as the brand grows.

3 D and Visualisation

Creating 3 D mock‑ups and renders for packaging development, internal reviews, campaigns and marketing assets.

AI and Design Innovation

Using AI‑assisted design tools to explore concepts and visual directions, support ideation and iteration, enhance efficiency ...
