Junior Social Media Designer (Acquisition)
Overview
Junior designer supporting the Acquisition team by producing social-first creative across paid and organic channels. Works closely with the wider design team to deliver high-volume, performance-led assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social assets for acquisition campaigns (paid + organic)
- Create variations for testing, optimisation, and scaling
- Adapt and resize creative across platforms and placements
- Collaborate with senior designers and acquisition marketers
- Implement feedback quickly and maintain brand consistency
Core Deliverables
- Static social assets and simple motion
- Creative variations for A/B testing
- Platform-specific formats (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Organised, handover-ready design files
