Junior Social Media Designer (Acquisition)


Overview
Junior designer supporting the Acquisition team by producing social-first creative across paid and organic channels. Works closely with the wider design team to deliver high-volume, performance-led assets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design social assets for acquisition campaigns (paid + organic)
  • Create variations for testing, optimisation, and scaling
  • Adapt and resize creative across platforms and placements
  • Collaborate with senior designers and acquisition marketers
  • Implement feedback quickly and maintain brand consistency

Core Deliverables
  • Static social assets and simple motion
  • Creative variations for A/B testing
  • Platform-specific formats (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Organised, handover-ready design files
