Position Overview
We are looking for a
Customer Support Specialist
who is fluent in German to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will provide excellent customer support by assisting clients with their inquiries and resolving any issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality service and efficient problem resolution.
• Assist customers with questions related to products and services.
