Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide support for product-related questions, order issues, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering clear, helpful, and efficient solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions within the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (C2 level) and strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to a rotational schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • No previous experience required – entry-level candidates welcome!
  • Must be available to work on-site in Lisbon.
