Key Responsibilities
Research & Development
- Read about the role of Antioxidants in Food Industry
- Understand the chemistry, role, mechanism of action and application of the molecule Vitamin E (Natural Tocotrienol) in food
- Support documentation of development processes and testing procedures
- Learn and apply food science principles in practical applications
- Coordinate and facilitate project completion with consultants for new product development
- Working on coffee-based products
Technical Operations
- Participate in laboratory testing and analysis of Vitamin-E based products
- Assist in trials and working related to coffee formulations and beverage applications
- Help maintain laboratory equipment and supplies
- Support pilot-scale trials under supervision
Product Development
- Help prepare product prototypes incorporating Vitamin E ingredients
