Junior Financial Controller, Data Analyst

• Monitor expenses by cost center
• Analyze and explain variances in the income statement (financial and analytical)
• Support the preparation of budgets by cost center
• Participate in monthly closings and the development of future plans
• Develop KPIs and BI performance reports/tools in collaboration with the company's functional managers
• Perform specific analyses and drive optimization measures

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
• Have at least 2–3 years of experience in controlling or data analysis, ideally in an industrial environment
• Be proficient in French and English, with good knowledge of German
• Be proficient in MS Office and have solid knowledge of an ERP system
