Junior Finance Manager

Job Summary:

The Junior Finance Manager supports financial planning, reporting, and analysis functions while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. This role assists senior finance leadership in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting business decision-making, and overseeing Philippine finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Philippine finance function and oversee day-to-day financial operations
• Prepare financial statements and management reports
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
• Monitor expenses and financial performance
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders
• Support process improvements and strengthen internal controls
• Supervise and provide guidance to junior finance or accounting staff
