Job Description
Responsibilities Install, commission, relocate, and maintain equipment at customer sites. Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and field modifications. Diagnose equipment issues, implement corrective actions, and escalate when required. Maintain service records, reports, and spare parts inventory. Coordinate with customers to minimize downtime and ensure service quality. Build strong customer relationships and represent the company professionally.
Qualifications Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or related field. Strong analytical, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Minimum 1 year of customer-facing technical support or field service experience. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
