Junior Estimator/Project Manager

Bruno's Contracting (Thunder Bay) Limited is a heavy civil construction group with over forty years' experience in heavy civil construction, road building, asphalt paving, materials production and demolition. We are currently welcoming applications for a full-time Junior Estimator/Project Manager capable of fulfilling the following requirements.

JOB DESCRIPTION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reviewing drawings, specifications, project documents, and site conditions to prepare quantity and scope takeoffs for projects of small to medium scale.
• Assembling relevant takeoffs into detailed project estimates for bidding purposes.
• Daily scheduling of resources and field supervision of construction activities to ensure projects are completed within budget and in accordance with relevant specifications.
• Ensure all work is being completed in a productive and safe manner.
