Scope and responsibilities:

  • Prepares detailed material take-offs on projects based upon drawings, plans and specifications.
  • Prepares detailed breakdown of components and elements of estimates for systems and subsystems, Reviews contract documents and contract modifications to determine scope of work and scope change.
