Junior Engineer

We are looking for a practical, active Solar Site & Client Engineer to handle technical site surveys, supervise on-ground installations, and manage client relations from start to finish. You will be the main point of contact between our office, the installation team, and the customer. Key Responsibilities Site Surveys: Conduct physical site measurements, check roof/land space, and assess electrical panels/loads. On-Site Supervision: Oversee daily installation work by technicians to ensure high quality, correct structural/electrical alignment, and safety compliance. Client Handling: Attend to clients on-site, answer their queries, give regular progress updates, and handle final handover/net-metering coordination. Reporting: Maintain daily progress logs and verify that materials received on-site match the Bill of Materials (BOM).
