Junior Engineer, Manufacturing

As an Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) on our Build Strategy team, you’ll help shape the blueprint for how Canada’s next generation of naval ships comes together. In this role, you’ll dive into developing, maintaining, and continuously advancing the Build Strategy—the roadmap that guides our approach to constructing and repairing world‑class vessels at Irving Shipbuilding. Your work will directly influence how teams across the organization make decisions, solve challenges, and drive efficiency.

The Build Strategy is a cornerstone of our shipbuilding program, aligning internal functions, subcontractors, and customers with a clear vision and evidence‑based plan.
