Job Summary:

The Junior Engineer plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing construction projects, regulatory compliance, and coordinating with key stakeholders, including government agencies and local associations. The role requires a highly motivated, career-oriented civil engineer capable of overseeing site supervision, project scheduling, estimating, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

Communication & Coordination:

• Engage with and maintain good relationships with the Homeowners' Association (HOA).
• Attend HOA meetings to discuss project updates and address concerns.
• Coordinate and attend meetings with the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) regarding project requirements.
• Communicate with and meet with Barangay officials to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
