About the Role

We are seeking a versatile Intern/ Junior Engineer - IT Support to manage our internal IT infrastructure and support our development teams with deployment, automation, and cloud management. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, a problem-solving mindset, and hands-on experience in IT Support.

Key Responsibilities

  • IT Support & Infrastructure Management
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, and networking equipment.
  • Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Manage IT assets, user accounts, and system security (firewalls, antivirus, access control).
  • Monitor system performance and implement upgrades to improve efficiency and reliability.
