JOB SUMMARY
The Junior Engineer is crucial in managing and overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with key stakeholders such as government agencies and local associations. The role requires a highly motivated and career-oriented civil engineer capable of handling site supervision, project scheduling, estimation, and reporting.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Communication & Coordination

  • Engage and maintain good relationships with the Homeowners' Association (HOA).
  • Attend HOA meetings to discuss project updates and address concerns.
  • Coordinate and attend meetings with the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) regarding project requirements.
  • Communicate and meet with Barangay officials for necessary permits and approvals.
