Job Description

Our valued client is seeking a Junior End User Device Specialist for an initial 6-month contract. This role will be required to be on-site near St. Laurent in Ottawa, ON.

Initial 6-month contract with possibility of extension. 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday in Ottawa, ON with regular travel required between two different sites (~10 min drive). The ideal candidate will have their own vehicle to be able to effectively work between both offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Intune imaging, configuration, and deployment of laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
  • Conduct hard drive wipes and prepare systems for redeployment or disposal
  • Manage cellphone swaps and assist with smartphone setup and troubleshooting
  • Handle local deskside support tickets and provide end-user assistance as needed
