Junior E-Commerce

Job Description

We are looking for a Junior E-Commerce & Social Media Admin to support our online sales and social media activities. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience who are eager to learn and grow in e-commerce and digital marketing. Training and guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, website)
• Upload and update product listings, prices, and stock
• Assist with daily order processing and coordination
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat and social media
• Assist in managing social media posts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Support basic administrative tasks related to online sales
