Junior Draughtsman job vacancy in Wellington.

Our client, a Mechanical and Engineering company in Wellington, is looking for a Junior Draughtsman.

Requirements:

  • 1 – 2 years’ experience draughtsman with a solid foundation in technical drawing and CAD drafting
  • Independence with solid modelling, assemblies, and drawings/detailing within CAD software
    is a must (knowledge of SolidWorks will be an advantage)
  • Knowledge of key construction principles
  • Ability to prepare model configurations of new products based on existing data.
  • Ability to create and modify technical drawings for product families.
  • MS Office knowledge: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
  • Fluency in English/Afrikaans both spoken and written is a must.
