Job Description
Position Objective
The .NET Developer will support CRM and business-critical projects, including development, testing, system integration, user acceptance testing, regression testing, SDLC, and DevOps processes. The role focuses on building maintainable, scalable, and high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in solution design during pre-grooming, grooming, and sprint activities.
Develop architecture and technical documentation to support future system enhancements.
Collaborate with Architects, Business Analysts, and Product Managers to refine requirements and assess solution feasibility.
Review and evaluate code, database designs, system structures, and hardware-software interactions.
Prepare technical design and specification documents.
Create implementation instructions and support application deployments.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team skill development.
