Junior Dispatch Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Junior Dispatch Assistant to join our dynamic team in Durban. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting with dispatch operations. This position requires a valid driver's license and Professional Driving Permit (PDP), as the role includes the occasional driving duties to support the team. The ideal candidate must be safety-conscious, goal oriented, a team player, dedicated and eager to grow within a specialized manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist within the dispatch area, including preparing dispatch documentation, receiving of goods, and maintaining accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with Production manager and team members.
