Job Description

  • Staff Supervision & Training: Oversee servers, bussers, and floor staff; train them on service standards, Vikings' procedures, and conflict resolution; handle scheduling and performance.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional guest experience, proactively address complaints, manage VIP requests, and maintain a positive atmosphere.
  • Buffet Operations: Monitor food displays, ensure cleanliness and replenishment of stations, coordinate with kitchen/chefs for food flow, and maintain hygiene standards.
  • Operational Management: Manage daily shift operations, control inventory/supplies, assist with opening/closing duties, and ensure smooth service flow.
  • Food Safety & Hygiene: Enforce all food safety regulations and hygiene practices on the dining floor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
