• Exceptional track record: top performer academically and in early career / other areas outside of academics (65+ aggregate)
• Digital skillset: software development and analytics skills - must be able to demonstrate this, either a technical degree in computer science/ computer engineering, or self taught, but with some formal training and track record.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, as demonstrated by track record
• 0 - 4 years experience
