Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Engineer with around 1 year of experience to support our corporate IT infrastructure. The role involves handling end-user support, basic server and network troubleshooting, hardware setup, and coordinating with Vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. Roles & Responsibilities Support management of on-prem servers (Windows Server 2016/2019/2025) under senior guidance. Monitor systems and applications and report abnormal behavior. Provide day-to-day hardware and network support to users. Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Perform fresh OS installations and troubleshoot hardware breakdown issues. Provide remote support using tools like AnyDesk, TeamViewer, VNC, etc. Handle user tickets related to IT issues (hardware, software, network).
