Desktop & End-User Support
Provide first and second-line support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control
Install and maintain desktop applications and software updates
Document support tickets and resolutions accurately
