Casper Canada is a leading sleep company that was initially launched in the US in 2014 with one perfect mattress that was sold directly to consumers. Its line of obsessively engineered sleep products has expanded to include sheets, pillows, bed frames, and even a dog bed. In 2023, Casper Canada joined Sleep Country Canada's family of brands.

As a Junior Designer , you’ll support the Creative team in bringing the Casper brand to life across a range of digital and print channels. You’ll work closely with other members to execute designs that are visually compelling, accessible, on‑brand, and strategically aligned with marketing goals. You’ll assist in developing assets for campaigns, web, social, and retail, while learning from and collaborating with designers, copywriters, and marketers.
