Junior Designer

We are seeking a talented
Junior Designer
to join our dynamic team.

As a Junior Designer, you will work on design tasks, refining client designs, and assisting in production of assets for Creative Variation. You'll work closely with our Senior Designers and Art Directors to develop design solutions and innovative Display and Social creatives.

*We're looking for a Junior Designer with the following qualifications:
Required: *

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD)
• Strong understanding of Design principles, visual hierarchy, and layout best practices
• Ability to contribute to concept development and suggest improvements to workflows and template processes

Preferred:

• Familiarity in Digital Advertising
• Familiarity with HTML5 capabilities
