Junior Database Administrator

About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Database Administrator with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing relational database systems, with a primary focus on MariaDB and ClickHouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and security of mission-critical databases, along with supporting automation, deployment, and troubleshooting efforts.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain ClickHouse in development and production environments.

Support and manage at least one other RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, etc.).

Design and implement High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions for ClickHouse.

Optimize query performance using indexing, partitioning, and materialized views.

Automate database administration tasks with Python, Bash, or SQL scripting.
