Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Write and execute SQL queries to validate data across source and target systems.
  • Perform basic ETL and data validation testing in staging and reporting environments.
  • Assist in the preparation of test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
  • Work closely with senior testers, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and support data testing tasks.
  • Identify, document, and retest defects using tools like JIRA or similar.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups and sprint reviews, supporting continuous testing efforts.
  • Maintain clear documentation of test results and data validation logs.
    • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in data testing or database QA.
  • Strong hands-on skills in SQL (writing joins, aggregations, data comparisons, etc.).
