Junior Data Analyst

Summary of the Role

The Data Analyst will be responsible for cleaning compensation data at both micro and macro levels, uploading data to local systems, generating validation reports, and providing job-matching recommendations. The ideal candidate must be highly detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple submissions with 100% accuracy, and possess strong data manipulation skills using Microsoft Excel.

The role also involves reviewing data submissions from other team members, participating in system testing, and applying practice-specific tools and technologies. Ongoing training on internal processes will be provided.
