Summary of Role

• Responsible for cleaning compensation data at both micro and macro levels
• Load and manage data within local systems
• Generate validation reports and provide job match recommendations
• Ensure completion of multiple submissions on schedule with 100% accuracy
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and advanced data manipulation skills using Microsoft Excel
• Perform quality reviews of data submissions prepared by other team members
• Participate in system testing and validation processes
• Apply practice-specific technology to support internal and external clients
• Participate in ongoing training for tools, systems, and processes
