Junior Data Analyst

Job description:
The Data Analyst will be responsible for cleaning compensation data at a micro and macro-level, loading data into local systems, generating validation reports, and providing job match recommendations. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to complete multiple submissions on schedule and with 100% accuracy. The candidate will be highly detail-oriented and have excellent data manipulation skills using Microsoft Excel.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform micro and macro-cleaning, validation, and approve client data.
Create data validation reports.
Provide job matching recommendations.
Provide input in the production of overall metrics for the team to be used in status reports for the clients.
Ensure timely and error-free delivery of output within the business requirements.
Work with Account Managers, Product Leaders, and other team members to ensure the highest level of data quality for submissions being processed.
