Responsibilities
- Research, collect, organize and present data in Excel and/or use the company's proprietary software
- Conduct analysis (e.g. market pay benchmarking analysis) following specific methodologies and utilizing specific tools and templates
- Perform industry and financial research as required
- Populate and draft reports for client use using standardized templates and reports
- Collaborate with consultants on client requests and deliverables
- Develop technical knowledge in general rewards and executive compensation
- Work according to established workflows and process tools
- Manage time and workload to accommodate volume of work for quick turnaround
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with an analytical focus or any relevant discipline
- Oral and written communication. Strong command of the English language
