Responsibilities

  • Research, collect, organize and present data in Excel and/or use the company's proprietary software
  • Conduct analysis (e.g. market pay benchmarking analysis) following specific methodologies and utilizing specific tools and templates
  • Perform industry and financial research as required
  • Populate and draft reports for client use using standardized templates and reports
  • Collaborate with consultants on client requests and deliverables
  • Develop technical knowledge in general rewards and executive compensation
  • Work according to established workflows and process tools
  • Manage time and workload to accommodate volume of work for quick turnaround


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree with an analytical focus or any relevant discipline
  • Oral and written communication. Strong command of the English language
