WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Marshall Security is looking for a motivated Junior Data Analyst Intern to join our Business Intelligence team for a focused 3-month engagement. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail and a passion for working with data – involving data cleanup, Excel reporting, CRM/ERP systems, Power BI dashboards, and report automation. You'll play a key role in turning raw data into accurate, usable insights, with efficiency and precision at the core of everything you do.
Data Quality & Cleanup
Clean, validate, and standardise datasets from multiple systems.
Identify incomplete, inconsistent, or incorrect values and correct them according to defined rules.
Assist in implementing data quality checks to prevent future errors.
Excel Reporting & Analysis
Use Excel (including PivotTables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, and conditional formatting) to prepare recurring operational reports.
