Junior Data Analyst

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Marshall Security is looking for a motivated Junior Data Analyst Intern to join our Business Intelligence team for a focused 3-month engagement. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail and a passion for working with data – involving data cleanup, Excel reporting, CRM/ERP systems, Power BI dashboards, and report automation. You'll play a key role in turning raw data into accurate, usable insights, with efficiency and precision at the core of everything you do.

Data Quality & Cleanup

• Clean, validate, and standardise datasets from multiple systems.
• Identify incomplete, inconsistent, or incorrect values and correct them according to defined rules.
• Assist in implementing data quality checks to prevent future errors.

Excel Reporting & Analysis

• Use Excel (including PivotTables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, and conditional formatting) to prepare recurring operational repor...
