Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Danish.
- Provide assistance with product-related questions, troubleshooting, and general support.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns while maintaining high standards of service.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Requirements:
- Fluent Danish speaker with strong communication skills.
- B2 level proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
