A busy franchised dealership in Ballito is looking for a friendly, bubbly, well-presented Junior Customer Relations Manager to join their customer experience team.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring every customer enjoys a positive dealership experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the dealership.
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers regarding their dealership experience.
- Assist in monitoring Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate customer communication and appointments.
- Support dealership marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, CRM, or the motor industry will be advantageous.
