Junior Credit Analyst

The Business Credit Office (BCO) team is part of COO at HSBC Mexico . As a Junior Credit Analyst , you’ll own the end-to-end credit process for Wholesale Banking customers, partnering with Relationship Managers to structure credit solutions aligned to clients’ financial needs and supporting the growth of HSBC’s lending portfolio.

• Support RMs in structuring short- and long-term financing solutions.
• Identify and assess risks to ensure proper mitigation and compliance with Mexican banking regulation and HSBC internal policies.
• Prepare credit applications fully written in English, including financial statement analysis, industry analysis and annual projections to assess repayment capacity.
• Monitor portfolio compliance (financial and non-financial terms), identify negative trends and ensure completeness of credit files to facilitate payments and disbursements.
