Role Purpose

As Junior Legal Counsel, you will be handling corporate and commercial situations and transactions with some degree of supervision, which will require you to have a structured approach to work, as well as being adaptable. With time, we expect you to gain more independence on the topics that are assigned to you.

Primary Responsibilities

• Day-to-day legal and commercial consultations and operation of a commercial group under the supervision of the manager, if needed.
• Coordination with notary and registries (signatures, documents, etc.).
• Draft, review, negotiate, and close all types of commercial agreements (NDAs, MOUs, loan agreements, etc.) in conjunction with relevant business managers.
• Identify and assess legal risk for non-standard contracts and advise the business accordingly.
