Position Summary

We seek a meticulous Junior Copywriter to craft English-language content for our digital products. You will develop clear interface microcopy and user guidance materials, ensuring seamless product experiences for global users. You will collaborate with Product, UX Design, Merchant service, Commercial, and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Author and optimize user interface (UI) copy including navigation labels, button text, tooltips, notifications, and error messages.
• Develop comprehensive user assistance materials: product guides, FAQ documentation, onboarding tutorials, and in-app help content.
