The successful candidate will assist with conveyancing processes and administrative duties, supporting the conveyancing team in day-to-day operations. Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a conveyancing environment Working knowledge of conveyancing systems , SARS , and Municipalities Strong administrative and organisational skills Well-presented with a professional demeanor Own reliable transport Key Responsibilities: Assisting with conveyancing administration and documentation Liaising with SARS, Deeds Office, and Municipalities Capturing and updating information on conveyancing systems General secretarial and office support duties Preferred Candidate Profile: Junior-level candidate eager to grow within the conveyancing field
