The Proxy Analyst ensures accurate and timely processing of proxy voting, shareholder communications, and corporate actions.
Responsibilities
Ensure all Corporate Actions & Income setups and instructions are processed while meeting standards established by the Bank and the team's procedures.
Support risk monitoring and data quality checks
Manage queries and client service requests in the dedicated tools
