Junior Construction Supervisor

The Crupi Group of Companies has been a family-run staple of Toronto’s infrastructure since 1951. We specialize in road construction, aggregate materials, and maintenance. We are looking for a Junior Construction Supervisor to join our team—a role designed for growth, mentorship, and operational support.

The Junior Supervisor supports the facilitation and execution of construction projects. Working under the direct mentorship of Senior Superintendents, you will help maximize profit, ensure site safety, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Project Planning & Support

• Work closely with Senior Superintendents to participate in pre-construction meetings with the Construction Manager and Estimators.
• Assist in reviewing contract documents, field conditions, client requirements, and environmental concerns.
• Help determine resource requirements and availability for assigned projects.
