Junior Commercial Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Junior Attorney with 12 years post admission experience to join the team. The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in litigation and a strong interest in commercial litigation matters. Exposure to regulatory institutions, state owned enterprises and financial sector matters will be advantageous Minimum requirements: LLB degree Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa 12 years post-admission experience Strong drafting and research skills Sound knowledge of civil procedure Advantageous Experience Exposure to commercial litigation Experience dealing with financial institutions and/or regulatory bodies Exposure to matters involving the South African Reserve Bank or similar regulatory authorities Experience in banking, insolvency, or corporate disputes Consultant: Elaine Braysher - Dante Personnel Pretoria Faerie Glen
