POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Junior Attorney with 1–2 years' post admission experience to join the team. The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in litigation and a strong interest in commercial litigation matters. Exposure to regulatory institutions, state owned enterprises and financial sector matters will be advantageous
Minimum requirements:
LLB degree
Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
1–2 years' post-admission experience
Strong drafting and research skills
Sound knowledge of civil procedure
Advantageous Experience
Exposure to commercial litigation
Experience dealing with financial institutions and/or regulatory bodies
