Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Junior Cloud Operations Engineer based in Guadalajara, JAL. The responsibilities include monitoring and managing cloud-based systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. The engineer will support deployments, troubleshoot system issues, and assist in automating workflows and processes. Additional tasks include responding to support tickets, ensuring security protocols are adhered to, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Proficiency in cloud computing platforms and infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Experience with system administration, including operating systems like Linux and Windows
