Junior Client Interaction

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Junior Client Interaction & Communication Officer to handle client communication and support our sales and operations team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a career in client handling, sales coordination, and digital services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with clients via calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings
• Understand client requirements and share them with the internal team
• Provide information about company services (Web Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, etc.)
• Follow up with clients and maintain professional relationships
• Maintain client records and basic reports
• Support the business development and sales team
