Junior Client Finance Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Client Finance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will act as the financial backbone for our creative projects, ensuring every job is set up correctly, tracked accurately, and billed on time. You will bridge the gap between our creative account teams and our financial operations to keep our business running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Project Lifecycle Management: Open, manage, and close billable and client non-billable job numbers. Coordinate with intercompany partners to ensure their estimates are approved for accurate cross-agency tracking.
• Financial Tracking & Analysis: Maintain weekly trackers for estimates, actuals, and variances. Analyze WIP (Work in Progress) and provide monthly commentary to management on the status of project finances.
