Requirements Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Short‑Term Commercial Claims Matric FETC NQF 4 – Short‑Term Insurance RE5 Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English (first‑language level) Must reside in Roodepoort / Krugersdorp What You’ll Handle End‑to‑end processing of commercial motor and non‑motor claims Liaising with brokers, assessors, service providers, and clients Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance Managing claims within SLA and delivering excellent service
